About the Role

As a key member of our SEN team, you will:

Key Requirements & Skills
  • 1+ years of experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting, either professionally or personally.

  • Essential qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).

  • Proven skills in classroom management, individualised learning support, and professional knowledge of SEN and child development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.

  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special needs.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive, resilient attitude.
