About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and tailored lessons. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualised academic and emotional support to pupils.

  • Assisting with lesson delivery and implementing positive behavioural strategies.

  • Tracking pupil progress and celebrating their achievements.

  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Skills & Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an SEN setting, whether professional or personal.

  • A driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

  • A strong passion for supporting children with special needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
