Crynodeb
The post holder will provide the first point of contact for members of the public attending the ED/EPCH. S/he will liaise with staff, answer enquiries, ensure the efficient registering and recording of patients attendances, the retrieval of patients hospital notes and/or ED/EPCH notes, and assist in the efficient and effective running of the department and the administrative processes. S/he will also have a key role in the administrative process of admitting patients to wards and Outpatient Clinics
