Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance activities performed by contractors and teams.
Develop and maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, completed work, and associated costs.
Collaborate with management to create budgets for maintenance projects and improvements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance and repair work.
Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff and contractors when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Facility Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in building maintenance, surveying, or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess maintenance needs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.94
