Our homes provide a wide range of care – from residential support to full nursing and dementia care – always delivered with kindness, respect, and compassion.
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our in-house team on a permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to shape environments that enhance the lives of our residents, families, and staff across our network of care homes.
What you’ll do:
Lead the design and refurbishment of care home interiors across multiple sites
Create warm, welcoming, and dementia-friendly environments
Collaborate with operations, facilities, and care teams to deliver functional and beautiful spaces
Source furnishings, materials, and finishes that balance aesthetics, safety, and budget
Ensure all designs meet regulatory and accessibility standards
What we're looking for:
Degree in Interior Design or related field
Proven experience in commercial or healthcare design (care sector preferred)
Strong project management and communication skills
A passion for creating spaces that support well-being and dignity
Willingness to travel to sites across the group.
5 – 10 years experience essential
Portfolio of previous work required
Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence
