Allocate Support Administrator
Location: Springcare Head Office, Whitchurch Business Park, SY13 1LJ
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: National Minimum Wage – dependent upon age

We are now looking for an Allocate Support Administrator to join our Head Office team in Whitchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the rollout and ongoing use of Allocate Optima, our new rostering system for both internal and external staff.
What you’ll do:
Supporting the Allocate Lead with the implementation and day-to-day management of Allocate Optima and Bank Staff systems.
Assisting with system testing, data gathering, and providing ongoing support to system users.
Delivering training and support to head office staff and agency administrators.
Working with the Buyer to ensure agency Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) are accurate and up to date.
Helping oversee staffing rotas across our homes, ensuring shifts are filled and highlighting any gaps.
Supporting the rollout of bank and agency staff onto Allocate.
About you:
Good knowledge and practical application of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisation, administration, and interpersonal skills.
Methodical, accurate, and attentive to detail.
Ability to travel to Springcare Homes across the group.
Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn new systems.
