This is a dynamic and fast-paced role which involves managing multiple priorities and frequently changing requirements, so you will need to be comfortable working with a level of ambiguity and uncertainty.
Key Responsibilities
· Providing leadership, support, guidance and line management to a team of SEO’s (IBCA Level 4).
· HR lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Matrix ERP project - leading the transition of HR and payroll requirements from the existing SOP platform to NEO Workday.
· Support IBCA in business readiness as it progresses through stand-up to maturity - identifying and ensuring the appropriate framework of HR services and systems are in place, ensuring that psychological safety is front and centre of that provision.
· Building and managing supplier relationships with third-party HR providers (e.g. casework, pensions, ERP, OH and EAP), ensuring value for money, performance standards and contract compliance.
· Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR service delivery.
· Responsibility for budgets, controls, data/insights and risk management across service areas.
· Work closely with function leads in Finance, Commercial and Data to ensure services are sourced and implemented within the appropriate governance frameworks
