Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a skilled Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic change initiatives across the organisation. You will manage complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Theory of Change methodologies, delivering service improvements and innovation in a politically sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation projects aligned with organisational goals.
- Develop project plans, manage risks, budgets, and resources.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall approaches appropriately.
- Use Theory of Change to define outcomes and measure impact.
- Engage stakeholders and communicate progress effectively.
- Ensure benefits realisation and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
