Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop personalised support plans.
- Provide high-quality advice on housing options, welfare benefits, and tenancy rights.
- Liaise with external agencies to coordinate support.
- Manage caseloads and deliver timely interventions to prevent homelessness.
- Investigate homelessness applications and make lawful decisions using relevant legislation and case law.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
