Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning

Assist with lesson planning, resources, and general classroom organisation

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal growth

Gain practical school-based experience ahead of a PGCE or teacher training pathway
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have:

A 2:1 degree (or above) in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related subject

A strong academic background including A-Levels and GCSEs
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
-
A proactive, flexible approach to supporting students in a classroom environment
-
Experience working with children or young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential
