Role Overview

The Programme Coordinator will report directly to Strategic Partnership Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

Processes & Documentation:

  • Update and maintain delivery plan timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure compliance and proper record keeping of Data Sharing Agreements across departments.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other teams to manage purchase orders and payments to suppliers.
  • Assist in risk management and documentation in collaboration with the Strategic Partnership Lead.

Partner Meetings & Inductions:

  • Organise and document minutes and follow-up actions for both internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare presentation materials and manage the scheduling and administration and delivery of partner induction sessions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing partners, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Stakeholder Records, Materials, and Information:

  • Maintain and ensure the documentation is fit for purpose, version-controlled, and transitions smoothly into a scaled model.
  • Support the relationship management team by processing and tracking new partner commitments.
  • Manage daily operations of the Money Guiders mailbox, responding to queries or directing them appropriately.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Coordinate the production of internal and external reports.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on partner engagement, including KPIs and target achievements.

You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in supporting projects or programmes, particularly in maintaining timelines and project documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to customer care.
  • Skilled in supporting meetings, including booking, liaising with stakeholders, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Ability to produce detailed monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc project status reports.
  • Experienced in using databases to monitor or track stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in a range of software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining processes to support efficient operational delivery.

Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
