Responsibilities
Manage and organize office files and documentation
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Support team members with administrative tasks
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Utilize office software for data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrator or in a related role
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
