Are you passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference in the lives of learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?
Are you ready to lead and shape SEND provision in a forward-thinking, values-led academy?
If so, we would like you to apply for our SENDCo role!
Richard Barnes Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced SENDCo to champion our commitment to inclusive education. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact across either our primary phase (part-time, 60%) or both primary and secondary (full-time), with flexible working options to suit your lifestyle.
Your role:
As SENDCo, you will lead the strategic development and day-to-day operation of our SEN policy, ensuring high-quality support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.
