This will include:
Leading the lodger engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with estate policy and operational priorities.
Acting as the senior point of contact for lodger units, managing relationships and resolving complex issues.
Ensuring compliance with agreements and standards.
Representing lodger interests in estate development, infrastructure planning, and service reviews.
Supporting the integration of new lodger units and capabilities arriving on site, ensuring smooth onboarding, infrastructure readiness, and alignment with host operations.
Producing high-quality briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Supporting the maintenance of accurate records of lodger arrangements, occupancy, and service level agreements.
Collaborating with estate, facilities, and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
