Role: Sports Assistant supporting autistic students in a small high school in the High Peak area that caters for children with Autism & Social/Emotional needs.
Start: ASAP
Pay: £100-£115/day (PAYE, based on experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm
· Equal pay with permanent staff after 13 weeks

What You'll Do:
Support PE lessons and run activities that get students moving, having fun, and feel good about themselves. You'll work in groups or one-to-one, helping with behaviour and encouraging positive attitudes through sport. Flexibility is key, you might help in other lessons too.
Who We're Looking For:
Someone who loves sport and enjoys working with young people with additional needs. Patience, understanding, and a can-do attitude are a must. Experience with autistic students is a big plus but not essential.
What You Need:
- A CV covering your last 10 years
- At least 3 months' experience supporting young people.
- Right to work in the UK
- Photo ID and proof of address
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)
- Two recent references
- Passion for helping young people thrive
