This school is a well-established specialist provision catering to pupils with SEMH needs, many of whom have experienced trauma or disrupted education. It offers a nurturing and structured environment, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic support and personalised learning. Staff are highly skilled in de-escalation strategies and trauma-informed practice, and the school is known for its collaborative team culture and commitment to professional development. The school is located in a quiet, green area of Stockport, easily accessible from Manchester and surrounding areas. It has excellent facilities, including sensory rooms, outdoor learning spaces, and vocational workshops.
