HR & H&S Administrator

Location: Grimsby
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)

Our client is looking for an organised and detail-focused HR & H&S Administrator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our HR and Health & Safety processes running smoothly through accurate record-keeping, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administration support across HR and H&S.

- Maintain accurate employee records, including absence, inductions, and training.

- Administer HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.

- Support payroll administration and GDPR compliance.

- Complete and record routine H&S checklists and audits.

- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies in a professional and efficient manner.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong administrative and IT skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
