4 hours + bank cover for annual leave/sick cover, or for flexible shifts like medical appointments or support for social outings.

I am based in Bexhill, East Sussex.

I’m looking for someone that is reliable, honest and flexible to join my current team of PAs. You will assist me in continuing to live an independent life. I need you to appreciate the importance of infection prevention due to my compromised immune system which will help me to stay safe and healthy.

Current shifts available:

Wed-Sat evenings 6pm-7pm + Bank cover.

Duties to include light personal care (assisting me to dress and undress) domestic duties, assisting with food shopping, meal prep, admin and organising.

Shift rotas are done on a monthly basis.

Female only required due to the Personal Care aspect. This advert complies with Part 1, Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

No experience necessary, as training will be given.

Duties include:
- Moving and handling
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Shopping
- Dressing / undressing
- Bathroom assistance
- Help with lifting/moving and assisting me to use my Ventilator, when out and about. No training needed as this will be given.

Candidate qualities:
- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Honest and cheerful
- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

Additional requirements
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours, Vulnerable to the risk of infection and disease transmission
