Summary
Personal assistant / Support Worker: Hourly rate £16.69 employed / £21.69 self-employed.
If you are enthusiastic, motivated and are interested in working within a family home with a young woman who is amazing and who has a learning disability autism, complex emotional needs and can display behaviours that challenge, we would like to hear from you. Location: The Bexhill area, East Sussex.
Roles available (with opportunities for overtime):
- Full-time 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility in timings required).
- Part-time 12 hours: All day Monday, and Wednesday morning.
Employed PA's receive 5.6 weeks annual leave and pension.
You will be required to carry out duties involving supporting a young person and with all aspects of her daily life including personal care and accessing her local community.
As a valued member of the team, we will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you are adequately prepared for the challenges of your role (includes some physical aggression) and given support and guidance.
The successful candidate will be caring, reliable, have a degree of fitness but most of committed to delivering the highest possible standard of care. Females only.
Car required to travel to work.
