Crynodeb
The post holder is a clinical specialist in the calculating and treatment of radiotherapy patients at the Sussex Cancer Centre and will be in charge of the coordination of provision and development of clinical placements for pre-registration students and apprentices in the radiotherapy department. The post holder requires advanced clinical knowledge of radiotherapy treatment procedures, radiation tolerances for human tissue, and physiological reactions due to exposure (side effects). The post holder will practise in accordance with current legislation governing the use of ionising radiation. The post holder must be able to manage their workload, ensuring efficient and safe patient care.
