Summary
Key Duties include:- Chronic Disease management (Diabetes, COPD & Asthma) Routine & child immunisations Wound Care & dressings Travel vaccinations Cervical cytology Knowledge of Quality & Outcomes Framework (QOF) Experience of working and delivering Locally Commissioned Services & Direct Enhanced Services Implement and embed health promotion and wellbeing programmes Prioritise health issues and intervene appropriately Support the team in dealing with clinical emergencies Implement vaccination programmes for adults and children Ensure compliance with the practice chaperone policy Ear irrigation Participate in clinical audits Implement nursing protocols in conjunction with the Nursing Team
