Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience looking for a new challenge in a progressive and well-respected firm? We are working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm based in North Birmingham who are seeking a confident and commercially minded solicitor to join their Employment Law team.

About the Role:
As an Employment Lawyer, you will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising individuals and corporate clients across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a broad range of employment matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE, discrimination, and unfair dismissal claims
Representing clients in tribunal proceedings where required
Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment, and HR policies
Providing day-to-day employment advice to HR professionals, SMEs, and larger organisations
Supporting the firm’s business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:
A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Employment Law
Experience handling both claimant and respondent matters
Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to client care
Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
