Key responsibilities:
Deliver the Common Military Syllabus (CMS) Physical Development Pathways to Regular and Reserve Phase One recruits.
Record all CMS Fitness Testing results onto the appropriate databases and provide statistical data to the Chain of Command (CoC) when required.
Programme design and deliver the PD Pathways to Recruits within Re-train Platoon & the Functional Skills Course.
Provide the Chain of Command (CoC) with both verbal and written updates pertaining to the progress of each recruit if and when required.
Deliver Individual Training Requirements (ITR) Fitness Testing to Permanent Staff.
Input all ITR Fitness Test data into the Fitness Information Service Software (FISS) and provide statistical updates to the CoC when required.
Provide additional support to the Officer Commanding (OC) Physical & Recreational Training Centre (P&RTC), when and if required.
Provide support to the weekly P&RTC equipment maintenance and deep cleaning process.
Provide additional support, when and if required, to unit Sports, Health, and Physical Training events outside of the Common Military Syllabus (CMS) delivery.
Attend all P&RTC Staff Training to safeguard instructor competency and KSEB (Continual Professional Development (CPD), Annual Deficit Training (ADT), RAPTC Annual Essential Reading).
