Do you have excellent organisational skills and a talent for keeping systems and processes running smoothly? We’re looking for a Business Coordinator to support our mission of enhancing people’s lives through outdoor activity.
About the role
In the role you will:
• Play a key role in supporting the charity to meet its strategic objectives
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of administrative operations
• Work from home while providing vital support across the organisation
• Contribute to marketing, governance, IT, and funding functions
• Maintain key systems and processes
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Organise and support meetings and events
• Take on a varied, proactive role aligned with the charity’s wider goals
About you
To do this role you will need:
• Strong administration skills
• Extensive knowledge and experience of using IT
• The ability to prepare accurate minutes, reports and accumulate data
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Welsh and English
