Cambian Grateley House School, an independent special school located in the heart of Hampshire, is seeking a Vice Principal to work closely with the Principal in driving the school’s journey from good to outstanding. The school supports up to 64 students, aged 11–19, who have a diagnosis of Autism and associated conditions.

Your Role:
As Vice Principal, you will be a pivotal part of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for:
- Leading the education team to deliver high-quality, personalised learning experiences.
- Ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and student progress across the school.
- Promoting a culture of high expectations for behaviour, character, and achievement.
- Supporting curriculum development tailored to autistic learners.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, students, families, and external partners.
- Driving innovation and opportunities to enhance independence, employability, and future aspirations of all learners.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a compassionate and visionary leader who:
- Has a proven track record of senior leadership (minimum 4 years preferred).
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Is passionate about specialist education and inclusive practice.
- Is experienced in developing and embedding strategies to raise achievement and support autistic learners.
- Is an exceptional communicator and motivator with excellent people management skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
