Summary
As the Knowledge Exploitation and Stakeholder Manager, your main responsibilities include:
Acting as the principal point of contact for all incoming communication and engagement activities within the Army Safety Group
Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Army Safety & Environment Conference, Army Safety Awards, and other key events
Managing the production and publication of the biannual Army Safety & Environment Magazine
Overseeing the development and maintenance of Army Safety digital platforms, including Defence Connect, SharePoint, and other internal and external portals
Supporting the delivery of organisational learning content and ensuring it reaches the appropriate target audiences across the Army
Leading the development and user support for the Training and Education Support Tool, including functionality improvements and user training
Managing communications to key stakeholder groups, including safety professionals, assurance personnel, and training teams
Monitoring and distributing updates on Defence safety strategy, policy, and guidance
Evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities and producing reports for internal stakeholders
