JOB TITLE: Sales and Membership Executive

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent

The COMPANY
Our client is a well known wildlife park and is an award-winning family attraction. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team to help to grow the membership base and drive new business opportunities.

The ROLE
The successful sales candidate will be required to:
* You will play a key role in creating compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with prospective clients.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with corporate clients.
* Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and sponsorship deals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential supporters.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling packages and offerings.
* Contribute to the growth and success of membership and corporate partnerships.
* Help lead the creation, promotion, and execution of animal encounter experiences, ensuring experiences are safe, educational, and engaging.
* This role is hybrid - 1-2 days at home.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong sales applicants with the following experience:
* The ideal candidate will have experience in pitching, developing bespoke packages, and securing corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
* Demonstrate experience creating and managing successful membership initiatives and customer-centric programs.
* Knowledge of animal welfare standards, conservation principles, and relevant safety regulations is a plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
* Ability to think strategically and creatively when tailoring proposals
* Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven.
