As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support while building your own desk and working directly with schools and educators. First-year earnings of £50K–£80K are not just possible – they’re expected for those who bring energy, resilience, and drive.

• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £50K–£80K+
• Office-based role (4 days) with 1 day working from home

• Confident communicators – if you’re not comfortable speaking to candidates and clients on the phone every day, this isn’t the role for you
• Charismatic, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Resilient, ambitious, and eager to learn
• No recruitment experience needed – just the right attitude and presence
