As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and support while building your own desk and working directly with schools and educators. First-year earnings of £50K–£80K are not just possible – they’re expected for those who bring energy, resilience, and drive.

• No recruitment experience needed – just the right attitude and presence
