JobsinED is expanding — and we're looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our ambitious team. You don’t need to come from education recruitment, but you do need to be a proven biller with the confidence to build and scale your desk in a high-performing, fast-growth business.
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own desk, while benefiting from warm leads, a thriving sector, and tools designed to streamline your process. Whether you’ve hit a ceiling elsewhere or want to take the lead in shaping a growing brand, this is your platform.
What’s on Offer?
• £26,000–£35,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
• Uncapped commission – OTE £75,000+
• 4 days in-office (Towcester) with 1 day working from home

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing and growing your own client and candidate base
• Delivering a full 360° recruitment service across your patch
• Developing long-term partnerships with schools and education professionals
• Marketing top-tier candidates and promoting JobsinED’s services
• Contributing to business strategy and identifying growth areas
• Collaborating with a driven, success-focused team
Who We’re Looking For:
• A proven biller – ideally with at least 12 months’ 360 recruitment experience
• Self-motivated and confident running your own desk
• Able to win new business while managing existing relationships
• Sharp communicator with strong commercial instincts
• Resilient, competitive, and growth-minded
• Industry background flexible – education experience is a bonus, not a must
