Manage high-volume and complex Employee Relations, contribute and lead on people-focused change initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD L5 (or equivalent)Hands-on HR experience in an operational capacity, ideally multisited
Managed complex ER casework
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
