We’re looking for an HR and Engagement Business Partner to work alongside our senior leadership teams, guiding and delivering our progressive people strategy. This is more than an HR role — it’s about becoming a trusted advisor, culture ambassador, and change agent across our fast-paced, people-first business.
What you\\'ll be doing:
- Partnering with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance
- Delivering HR skills workshops, building leadership capability, and guiding performance cycles
- Owning engagement initiatives – from ‘Your Say’ surveys to recognition programmes
- Managing ER cases with confidence and coaching managers through people-related challenges
- Playing a key role in change programmes, TUPE, organisational design and L&D
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in HR business partnering in a multi-site environment
- Strong ER knowledge (TUPE experience a plus)
- A passion for people, culture, and practical HR delivery
- A proactive, commercial mindset with strong influencing skills
