• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
• Support day-to-day office operations — filing, supplies, and general admin tasks.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients when needed.
• Jump in to support projects and events with logistics and coordination.
