Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Responsible Individual to oversee two residential care homes: one solo placement in Wolverhampton and a 2-bed home in Bartley Green. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently met across both homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and management of both care homes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided.
- Lead and support staff teams, fostering a positive working environment.
- Liaise with local authorities, families, and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient operations.
- Implement safeguarding policies and procedures.
