Now Hiring: Skilled Fabricators – £15.00/hr + Overtime | Temp to Perm

Owen Payne Recruitment are thrilled to partner with a leading manufacturer based in the Winston Green (B18) area, as we actively recruit for experienced Fabricators to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings
• Fabricate a range of custom products including bespoke and security gates
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision to meet specifications
• Operate fabrication machinery and ensure smooth production flow
• Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain high standards
• Play a key role in enhancing production efficiency and safety

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in steel fabrication
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Solid understanding of health & safety within a fabrication environment

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30

Pay & Benefits:

• £15.00 per hour + enhanced overtime rates
• Weekly PAYE pay
