- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (early finish)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Fabrication Engineer to join our team. This role involves operating heavy machinery, using power presses, and ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality standard. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fabrication or engineering environment and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery and power presses in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform quality checks to ensure high-standard finishes on all fabricated parts
- Use handheld tools for assembly and finishing tasks
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions
- Follow production procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an engineering or fabrication environment
- Skilled in the use of handheld tools and fabrication equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and prescriptions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
