We're delivering a major initiative to support the restoration and renewal of the historic Houses of Parliament. As part of this we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of temporary accommodation solutions - from initial planning and design through to completion - under the NEC suite of contracts.
This is a high-profile role requiring exceptional stakeholder management. You'll work closely with the Delivery Authority executive team, the Parliamentary Client team, senior members and officials in the House of Lords, as well as lead consultants and contractors.
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-dicsiplinary programmes. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of stakeholder engagement, navigating intricate relationships with confidence and clarity. Your leadership will shine as you step in for the Project Director when needed, making decisive calls that drive progress. If you're fluent in the NEC suite of contracts and thrive on managing high-performing consultants and suppliers, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
We are committed to promoting diversity and equal opportunities in employment. We are building diverse teams and seek to attract and retain talented individuals from a range of backgrounds and cultures to join us on this hugely challenging and important project.
Please apply with your CV and a covering letter outlining how your skills and experience are relevant to this role and if you believe you have any current or potential conflicts of interst relating to this position.
The closing date for receipt of applications is Monday 8 September at 12 noon.
