Project Manager
We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager working on an intricate fit out project in Kensington starting late august / early September.
About the role of Project Manager
We are looking for a project manager with a strong residential & fit out experience coupled and keen eye for detail to work on a project valued at £7m in Kensington. The projects will consist of the strip out of an existing building back to shell, install of 2 x floors of commercial space and a further floor of 8 x high end apartments.
The programme is scheduled to run for circa 50 weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing main contractor and embed your name into the company as they grow.
Requirements for the Construction Manager
- Have commercial & residential fit out experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering commercial & residential fit out projects
- Understanding of programs and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Client engagement experience handling all on site meeting / walk arounds
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS is required.
