The Education Training Collective (Etc.) is a dynamic and forward-thinking group of colleges and training providers, including Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training Group and Innersummit. Together, we deliver high-quality education and skills training across the Tees Valley.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Careers Team Leader to join our Student Experience & Wellbeing team reporting to our Director of Student Experience & Wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our highly successful and supportive team that have recently been rated outstanding by Ofsted in all aspects of personal development.



As a Careers Team Leader with Etc. you will work closely with the Director of Student Experience and Wellbeing to ensure that the College delivers an engaging and aspirational Careers plan that effectively prepares our students for their next steps.



The ideal candidate will be able to work positively and flexibly by themselves or as part of a team. They also need to be able to positively influence others and role model the College values. They must be effective at networking and engaging a range of different stakeholders.



The successful candidate must have a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance or be willing to achieve within a given timeframe. Experience of delivering a high-quality careers programme and leading a team or project is highly desirable.
