The Role of the Engineering Team Leader
As the Engineering Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, developing, and improving plant machinery and services.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct installations, fault finding, inspections, and servicing.
Engage in planned preventative maintenance.
Lead project improvement schemes.
Maintain, install, and repair electrical/mechanical equipment.
Contribute to existing improvement opportunities.
About You – Engineering Team Leader
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a team leader and strong engineering background, particularly with an electrical bias.
You will ideally have:
Experience within food manufacturing, or a FMCG environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and Quality.
