Crynodeb
The post holder will work independently within the remit of the role but under the guidance and supervision of the Consultant Lead for CEW. To monitor the implementation and provision of care and support for children in the CEW service at UHD To help young people with excess weight access the support services they need. Link with local and national teams to keep up to date with programme, network and recommendations To actively encourage patient engagement in the on-going development of personalised care and support initiatives.
