We are recruiting a Compliance Manager to join our team at Croydon University Hospital.

Acting as the number two to the Key Account Manager, this role offers a clear progression path for someone looking to step up into senior FM management.

You will play a key role in monitoring and reporting performance across all FM services, ensuring contractual and operational standards are consistently met.

Job Description

On a day-to-day basis, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for collating and interpreting data, producing accurate reports, and working closely with Operations and Service Managers to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure site compliance at all times
Monitor and check audit scores
Manage health and safety requirements
Produce client and H&S reports
Oversee and manage the Helpdesk service
Present reports confidently to stakeholders

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in a compliance-focused role with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office with experience in report writing and analysing management information
Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels
Resilient under pressure, with the ability to react quickly to challenging situations
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making
Flexible, adaptable, and open to learning with a positive attitude to change
Results-driven with commitment to personal development and business success
