You will work closely with the operations team, home managers, and care staff to foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and resident satisfaction. • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and best practice guidelines.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Support and mentor managers in delivering quality initiatives and care plans.
• Provide training and guidance on quality standards and procedures.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Assist managers in preparing for inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents or complaints and take steps to prevent reoccurrence.

About You

• Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare or care home sector.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

What We Offer for the Regional Quality Manager

• Comprehensive induction and ongoing training programme.
• Opportunities for career development and progression.
• Monthly car allowance.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Employee Assistance Programme.
• Blue Light Card membership (enrolment fee reimbursed).
• Paid DBS disclosure.
• Recognition for your contribution within an award-winning care provider committed to responsible, values-driven care.

If you're passionate about driving quality in care and want to join a forward-thinking organisation that puts both residents and staff at the heart of everything it does, we'd love to hear from you.
