As we expand our operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from international suppliers to our warehouse and onward to our customers, supporting the backbone of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Logistics:
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure timely and accurate handling of shipments, including international imports.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
Shipping Coordination:
Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents to manage international shipments and ensure compliance with import regulations.
Warehouse Operations:
Oversee daily warehouse activities including unloading deliveries, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Order Fulfilment:
Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipped on time. Work closely with the sales team to meet delivery expectations.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and manage shipping documents, customs paperwork, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business needs and customer expectations.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping coordination, or logistics management
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse management software
• Understanding of international shipping, customs procedures, and freight handling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Mandarin language skills are a plus
• Full training on our systems and processes will be provided
