It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo provide support enabling a lady with Wellbeing needs to remain independent and interact sociallyLocation Norwich NR6Job DetailsI have FND, complex PTSD and Tourettes, therefore I am seeking a friendly and flexible Personal Assistant who has an understanding of my needs and will be willing to build trust to support with everyday tasks around my home including help organising appointments, assisting with meal preparation and prompting to take regular medication. A major part of the PA role will be to support me to enjoy social activities, particularly being outdoors to prevent social isolation. I enjoy going out walking and keep fit with a PT visiting me at home and I also attend therapy sessions. I have a pet cat.Required Characteristics· Calm and well organised, capable of supporting my decisions
· Patient and understanding of my conditions· Willing to spend time enjoying outdoor activities· Driver with own car and appropriate class of business insurance would be an advantage· Cat LoverSummary terms and conditions· The rate of pay for this position is £15.00 per hour· Hours of work: Flexible up to 15 hours weekly, Mainly on Tuesdays and Thursdays but occasionally at weekends. There may also be additional hours to cover for my other employed PA when on leave, hours will be discussed at interview.· 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays· Free Careskills training as appropriate for roleThe post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
