Key Responsibilities Provide expert, practical, and professional Employee Relations guidance to managers and HR colleagues. Coach and support managers on all people matters, providing timely first-line support when needed. Take end-to-end ownership of capability, disciplinary, and grievance matters, ensuring consistent and fair processes. Prepare for and attend hearings, tribunals, and formal meetings, supporting managers and colleagues with documentation and guidance. Skills and Experience Chartered member of the CIPD (preferred). Extensive expertise in Employee Relations and employment law. Excellent coaching, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and improve HR policies and processes. Confident in presenting, writing, and verbally communicating to diverse audiences. Experience partnering with legal teams on complex cases or litigation.
