Your new role
Due to restructuring and maternity cover, our client is seeking an experienced HR specialist with a strong foundation in Employee Relations to join this established team. Responsible for overseeing and assisting a small team, your role will be to use the experience you have gained to date to advise and assist the team on various cases whilst being responsible for your own more complex cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be from either a generalist HR background where you have focussed more on ER cases or come from an ER background in your previous role. Working with senior stakeholders and good communication skills are essential for this role.
You'll have an approachable manner and are able to advise in a clear, methodical way which allows others to learn around you while being able to take the lead and responsibility for ensuring the best outcomes for all parties is achieved in the correct manner.
