We are excited to announce our client a well-established organisation in the Social Housing industry are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join us at their base in central London.
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for residents on your projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the communication between the community and internal teams offering peace of mind to both organisations and residents that they will be accommodated for throughout the process so that any question s they have are answered promptly.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact between residents and project team
- Handling queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Attend resident meetings, community consultations and potentially organise the events
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor resident satisfaction and address any emerging issues
The ideal candidate must have solid experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, preferably from a social housing background. Also someone who is confident and shows a strong background in customer service or related.
