Description
The Housing Liaison Officer plays a pivotal role in connecting individuals and families in need of housing assistance with appropriate resources and services. Responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on clients' progress towards achieving housing stability.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate with social workers and community organizations to address systemic housing issues.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, urban studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in housing assistance or social services.
Strong understanding of the housing market and available resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing housing instability.
Hours Per Week:
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £17.54
