At Axis, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to residents and communities. We’re looking for Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) who can bring their people skills, patience, and commitment to help us make a real difference.
What you’ll do
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you’ll be the friendly face between residents and our teams, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and informed at all times. Covering patches across W10, E1 and E2.
You will:
✔ Build strong relationships with residents and provide a first point of contact.
✔ Help resolve issues and complaints quickly and professionally.
✔ Keep residents updated on repairs, works, and progress in their homes.
✔ Support vulnerable people and make sure their needs are understood.
✔ Organise resident meetings, consultations, and community events.
✔ Promote Axis’s commitment to customer care and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need housing experience – we’re looking for people with the right attitude, empathy, and customer focus. If you’ve worked in hotels, airlines, travel services, or any role where you’ve dealt with customers in a fast-paced environment, you could be a perfect fit.
We need someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and confident with people.
Calm under pressure and great at solving problems.
An excellent communicator (both face-to-face and in writing).
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Flexible to travel and hold a full driving licence.
